Had the weekend aalayam thali and it was alright. Might add more vegetables.. the only vegetable was fried okra. Everything else was just rice varieties. The gulab jamun was very hard. Liked the the dal, coriander masala, the mor kulambhu. Nikitha was very good and very helpful. Thank you.. it would be good to have the thali items displayed somewhere..

We liked the food here, especially the dip Idli’s as it reminds me of bandi ki idli back home. The soya chaap was not bad, but can be better and less oily. We also tried the noodles and Manchurian, and they were ok, compared to other eat outs. The ambiance is pleasant, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. A special mention to Nikita, who was extremely sweet, attentive, and welcoming. She took excellent care of us throughout our visit and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her friendly service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service, and atmosphere was good but food was ok.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Perfection! The Best South Indian Food Around! We had an absolutely awesome experience at Athidhi Aalayam! If you want an authentic, flavor-packed meal, this place completely nails it. The Weekend Thali is an absolute must-try and worth every penny. Every single item on the platter was top-tier: the sambar and rasam were perfectly spiced, the bagara rice and lemon rice were incredibly flavorful, and the puri was hot and fresh. The curries were standout hits—the fried tinde was a unique surprise, the paneer curry was exceptionally rich and creamy, and the daal was just amazing, comfort food at its finest. They topped it off with a fantastic gulab jamun and another delicious traditional sweet that hit the spot. Beyond the thali, we ordered a few other items, and they blew us away: Ghee Roast Thatte Idli: Incredibly soft, fluffy, and completely soaked in rich ghee. Veg Biryani: Perfectly spiced, fragrant, and packed with flavor. Bene Dosa: Honestly, completely unbeatable. It had the perfect crisp-to-soft texture. The food is authentic, the quality is outstanding, and the flavors are spot on. We will definitely be regular customers here. Highly, highly recommended!

Had a really nice experience at Athidhi Aalayam! The ambiance is beautiful with a traditional touch and a lively vibe. Food was overall very good—Chestnut Pepper Salt was my favorite, and the Chilli Garlic Tofu is definitely something I’d come back for. Ginger Gobi was also nice. The rotis and butter naan were soft, and the Kaju Tomato Kurma had a great aroma and paired well. The Cut Mirchi Pulav wasn’t really my taste, but the Mint Rice was fresh and flavorful. Portion sizes are generous, and we ended with a nice filter coffee. Overall, a happy dining experience 😊 Would visit again!

We went in at a busy lunch time but since we were not very hungry chose some breakfast items. We ordered the Tatte idli, Masala Dosa without oil, butter or ghee and Rava Masala Dosa. Everything was on pointe and served piping hot! Vandana waited on us with patience and kindness! Thank you! We will be back soon . Ambience is bustling and busy but customer focus was evident !
